Refund policy

We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email, with detailed pictures of the item within two hours of the package's arrival. If you are not present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void. If, in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account.
We ship with a delivery day of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday delivery is NOT available.
